Welding Turning Rolls
Vanguard carries a wide variety of styles and capacity ranges of turning rolls to fit any application. Our rolls are always sold as sets: with every driver unit, an idler unit is included. If additional idler units are needed, they can be purchased individually to fit your welding needs. Our turning rolls feature powerful, reliable motors, easy to operate controls, and are ruggedly constructed of heavy steel plate for stability and long service life. All of our turning rolls can be integrated with our welding manipulator controls for increased flexibility and efficiency in welding operations.
